Shipping policy

We fulfill all orders through a trusted 3PL (third-party logistics) partner. The details below apply to orders placed on our Shopify Store and our TikTok Shop. Platform-specific requirements (such as label and tracking rules on TikTok) are called out where applicable.

Order Processing Times

  • Processing window: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders received after 12pm local warehouse time may begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing may extend by 1–2 additional business days.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and depend on the selected service level and carrier performance. Shopify allows us to configure processing times and show delivery estimates at checkout; we update these settings to reflect current warehouse operations. 

 

Shipping Methods & Typical Transit Times (U.S.)

  • Standard: 3–5 business days (typical)

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (typical)

Final delivery timelines can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Shopify supports both flat and carrier-calculated rates and lets us add transit-time windows to display expectations at checkout. 

Platforms, Labels & Tracking

TikTok Shop Orders

  • Label generation & carriers: We comply with TikTok Shop’s current logistics framework. As TikTok phases out “Seller Shipping,” orders must use TikTok Shop Logistics Services (e.g., Fulfilled by TikTok, TikTok Shipping / Upgraded, or Collections by TikTok) with labels generated in TikTok’s system. Our 3PL prints/appends these labels at pack-out. Enforcement is phasing in February 25–March 31, 2026 (new sellers after Feb 9, 2026 must comply immediately). 

  • Tracking numbers: Tracking is automatically passed back to TikTok when labels are created/scanned, and appears on your TikTok order page. TikTok’s policies emphasize timely dispatch scans and valid tracking to avoid late-dispatch or auto-cancellation issues. 

Note for transparency: TikTok’s 2026 updates centralize carrier selection and label creation to improve tracking consistency and delivery SLAs across the platform. We work directly with our 3PL to ensure label workflows and handoffs follow TikTok’s current rules. 


Shopify Store Orders

  • Label generation & carriers: Orders are shipped via major U.S. carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce) through our 3PL. Shopify supports showing delivery estimates, creating shipments, and attaching tracking in the admin. 

  • Tracking numbers: A tracking number is added to your order and sent via Shopify notifications. For supported carriers, Shopify auto-generates the tracking link; for other carriers, we add the tracking URL so you can follow your package from the Order Status page or notification emails. 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery to some territories or remote areas may be limited by carrier service levels shown at checkout (Shopify lets us configure zones and rates accordingly). 

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If you need to change an address, contact us before the order ships; once in transit, carriers may be unable to reroute.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer box, inner packing, and product

If a package is lost or marked delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors/building management; 2) Confirm the address; 3) Contact the carrier; then 4) Reach out to us.
    On TikTok orders, certain claims workflows are handled within TikTok’s logistics ecosystem to improve traceability; we’ll assist you with next steps as needed. 

Preorders & Backorders (If Applicable)

Items marked preorder/backorder ship as soon as inventory reaches our 3PL. Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page and/or confirmation email. Shopify’s fulfillment features let us split or stage shipments if necessary; you’ll receive tracking for each shipment. 

Processing & Performance Standards (Platform Compliance)

  • TikTok Shop: We follow TikTok’s fulfillment SLAs (dispatch windows, acceptance scans, and valid tracking uploads) and use TikTok-approved logistics programs as TikTok sunsets “Seller Shipping” in the U.S. (phase-in Feb 25–Mar 31, 2026; required for new sellers after Feb 9, 2026).

  • Shopify: We configure processing times and delivery estimates within Shopify and ensure tracking is attached to each shipment so order status pages and notifications stay current. 

Carrier Holidays & Weather

Carrier holidays and severe weather can impact pickup and transit times. These conditions are outside our control and may extend delivery beyond estimates shown at checkout. (Shopify lets us buffer delivery windows to reflect these realities.)
